Okay, so I'm not anywhere near 30 but someone is and this is their card.
The card is white card stock.
Using the Tim Holtz "mini numeric" stamps (you could make any number from these) I dabbed Distress inks to the numbers then spritzed it before applying to the front of the card.
The verse (unknown company) is stamped using StazOn jet black ink.
